CPD is coming in through the back door, as previously thought.

Voluntary minimum 7 hours of CPD

Showing continued competence (CPD) as part of your knowledge of the NDS, so compulsory CPD was unpopular, as self-employed professionals all of a sudden the future shows employed terms without the status. The consultation paper will progress to a bill with no or little resistance, mainly because in the past things have been slow to happen. Never in the past have some papers been so rushed through for political satisfaction.

A new Government in 2014, if it isn't the Tories then what will happen, don't forget it was a shared deal last time, Labour take the seat and this falls flat on it's face, whose fault? Current Government.  

Voluntary minimum 7 hours? How can there be a minimum requirement when it's voluntary, you aren't making any sense.
