Best wishes to Charles Morton, who retires on March 30th, we wish him a happy retirement. Hid replacement will be Mark magee, a sound cv, and head of modernising driver training.

Interestingly he put forward evidence with Rosemary Thew to the select committee, regarding our future. Will the changes on the table be as forward thinking as he potrays? It's yet for us to see.
