is it true?
i've heard from an association that cpd has been scrapped by the dsa because it can't afford to run it.

It is currently going to be run as voluntary not compulsory. It isn't finance that is the issue though, just logistics. However that can be changed by the minister if they so wish to impose it.

Hi Jim that is how the process looks like it may go, with CPD being voluntary, as ever most ADIs that survive the recession, will probably be those who embrace career development, and personal development.
So in reality this is a brilliant position to be in, those who don't get involved and move with the times will put themselves out of business, leaving more pupils for the rest of the ADIs
